The townhouse was just as described. Perfect for an extended stay. We were able to cook and spread out which you need to do for a five week stay. We used the beach, pool and game room as well as watching manatees from the upstairs balcony. We visited both restaurants conveniently located there. I look forward to the next visit already.

Roomy condo convenient to beaches and great food. Lots of great restaurants within 15 minutes of the condo. Love the decks. Also liked that we were able to use the private garage for our vehicle and bikes. Little Harbor is a great place to bring your bike. Would rent again.

Cozy Stay

Very cozy and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Pool was great and the food at Sunset Grill was awesome. Had the Ribeye and some happy hour shots. We were able to walk to the amenities since the condo was so close. Management and maintenance are super great.

Great amenities and beach

Property was fine for 4 adults and 3 kids, we only stayed 2 nights- the beach was amazing, spent all day there. Only issue was that we were told the pool was open until 10pm but it was closed at 5:30/6pm (dusk), so we had some pretty upset kids there wasn’t much else to do at night there. Closest entertainment was 30 min away; so I wouldn’t stay in Ruskin again with small kids. The house was nice enough, but be prepared to bring toilet paper/paper towel/condiments etc (as it stated in the ad).

Hi Megan, thank you for your feedback. Yes, the hours changed when dusk changed to 5:45pm. During summer the pools stay open longer because the sun doesn't set till 8:45pm. It's an issue with lighting and also the nats that fly around after it's dark. Because the pool is so close to the canal. It's no longer enjoyable nor safe to be out there. The onsite entertainment is not for all. truly depends on your own preferences and needs. We highly recommend asking questions in advance or doing some research on what is onsite, what to expect etc. We have families that come here year after year. All of the following is in our community, only a 3 minute drive... fishing, kayaking, jet skiing, paddle boards, marina with charters, bocce ball court, tennis courts, pickleball court, two pools and hot tub, basketball court, fitness center, private beach, playground, picnic areas, two restaurants and live music daily by the beach bar. Weather is a factor on how much you can enjoy during your stay. But you are correct, there is also more entertainment outside of our community. 15 - 1 hour away. You have everything from waterparks, stadiums, theme parks, major beaches, popular landmarks and so much more. We hope to host you again! - Carmen

The property is not as described or reflective of the pictures provided. The furniture is in terrible condition (had to cover with extra sheets to feel comfortable to sit on); mattress covers and pillows had terrible stains; dirty carpets; the entire place was not clean (could not walk across the tile floor without getting socks filthy); arrived to find dirty wet towels in the washing machine (cleaners did come pick up after requested); everything was sticky; not well maintained. Property is described as "Master bedroom includes private bath & waterfront balcony, 2nd bedroom has private bath & community-view balcony" the property only has 1.5 bathrooms. No sure how this place received 5 stars. In hind sight we should have left as soon as we arrived.

Pools and hot tub were shut down.

Both pools and hot tub were really dirty and shut down by the health department our second day there so we couldn’t use them at all. The beach was alright, but a little small, especially when no one could use the pools. Our condo was fine, but definitely need to stop at the store to get supplies as they don’t stick much at all. We didn’t even have all the supplies they listed. Overall, we had a good time but we’re really disappointed with the pool situation.

It was hard checking into the condo, the owner didn’t know the combination number 5 different times! Plus, there was a fuse blow & property management never called us back to tell us where the box was hidden! Thank god a neighbor informed us where it was located!

First the carpet needs cleaning very badly, the coffee pot was very old school. Who uses filters anymore? And really 4 washcloths for a month? Needs new sheets, won’t stay on. No vacum cleaner or anything to clean floors(a month we were there) curtain rods to outside door were broken and we bought new rods . Bathrooms smelled of mold! And all the steps we won’t mention! The location is wonderful, with everything you need. The whole place needs an upgrade! But we will never book here again!

Lovely area , would prefer if sheets fit beds so in middlebof night having to get up to remake it , bottom sheet always came off because to big. Only 2 wash clothes and towels are very thin and dingy..a few more plates and glasses would of helped. For the price a little sparse. Could use more chairs for balconys.. Privacy issues with noise at 1:00 in the morning on other belcony next to us.

We had a great vacation!

We enjoyed our stay! The place was lovely, minor things that need to be fixed but the manager was accessible at all times and was very responsive to our needs! I would recommend the unit to anyone! The neighbors were very friendly and the area is very clean. I would definitely go back and rent here. Thank you Carmen for making sure our stay was pleasant!

Good condo.

The restaurants near the condo have very good seafood . water sports are available . Condo is clean, full kitchen. we did see condo security. A few not so good AC stopped working one evening the Manager suggested one idea it did not work and he is not available after 9pm so we had to go without AC difficult night to sleep. He did get it fixed the next morning .the beds described were not correct. no queen size.

Dear Dawn Garcia Thank you for your review I am glad to hear that you like to home and our Resort Community Answer about the beds in the unit The beds described in our advertising are 1 queen size bed in the master bedroom and Bedroom # 2 have two twin size beds. and the living room have one queen size sofa bed. We know in fact that our description are correct. There have not been any changes of beds in this unit.. - In regards to that the air condition stopped to work one evening, unfortunately we don't have 24 hours service. other than an emergency line open 24 hours for our guests. Our local manager and our service people are only available from 7 am to 9 PM and as you said our manager fixed your air condition in the morning. We are really sorry for the inconvenience .
