Relax in comfort at our spacious 3 bedroom home with balconies overlooking the tranquil canal. Fully furnished and featuring a well equipped kitchen, this home is perfect for families or groups. Parking and Wi Fi are included, with no limit on vehicles — overflow parking is available throughout the community. For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, and two beach chairs (beach towels available upon request). Additional chairs can be rented directly on our beach.
Located near all community amenities, you can easily walk or drive to the pools, private beach, pier, sports courts, fitness center, and arcade playroom. Free parking zones are available for the beach and amenities — be sure to park in the correct lot to avoid pay to park tickets. Guests receive a pool pass and parking pass; additional passes are available upon request.
The pools close at sunset and reopen each morning, with the water heated in winter. Restaurants open daily at 11am, and community amenities operate year round, unless closed for maintenance or renovations. Enjoy fishing from the pier or canals (please follow posted rules — no cleaning or disposing of fish on site). Whether you’re here to soak up the sun, enjoy waterside dining, or explore all that Little Harbor has to offer, this home provides the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.

The rental of our property and the cost of the property is 100% cost of rental space being used not for amenities. Use of amenities is 100% complimentary, no additional fees added.
Check In & Maintenance Info
When you arrive, we suggest doing a quick walk through and letting us know right away if you spot anything that needs attention. If something urgent comes up, we’ll schedule our maintenance team or cleaning crew to come by. If you’re not home during the scheduled time, please be sure to give us permission to enter so we can take care of it for you.
We do not offer reimbursements for inconveniences. Instead, we’ll work quickly to offer solutions — such as sending maintenance or cleaners, or in some cases, moving you to another property. Non urgent items can be noted and will be handled after your stay unless you’d like them addressed sooner. We will not tolerate guests who are looking to stay for free or looking to scam homeowners. We believe that mutual respect and communication is crucial for a successful stay. These are large homes and like with any home, issues can arise. We kindly ask that guests understand that communication and cooperation is key to resolving a maintenance or cleaning issue. Our responsiveness and willingness to resolve anything to ensure a good stay is guarantee
Things to Know Before You Book:
To keep everyone comfy, the AC can’t be set lower than 70°F. We don’t provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, detergent, salt, pepper, or cooking oils — so please bring your favorites. For sanitary reasons, we can’t store food products.
When you arrive, you’ll find a small starter supply waiting for you:
• 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
• 1 roll of paper towels for the kitchen
• 2 tall kitchen trash bags
• 1 dishwasher pod
• Dish soap, sponge, and hand soap
Pack what you’ll need for the rest of your stay, and you’ll be all set for a great trip!

* First Floor: is the garage and carport.
* Second Floor: living room with a queen sleeper sofa, kitchen, dining, half bath, washer/dryer and large balcony, queen bedroom with a full bath.
* Third Floor: master bedroom with KING bed, closets, full master bath and a balcony with waterview. Second bedroom with full and a twin bed, closet and private full bath, plus balcony with street and bayside view.

* This is a self-serve home, meaning that we do not replenish disposable toiletries during your stay. I would love to but unfortunately I do not have the capacity to operate like a hotel. Our current cleaning company provides the following items to welcome you.
* There is a Big Lots, Winn Dixie and Publix within 10 mins or less from the home.
* This is a Three Story Townhome. First floor is the garage, second and third floor is the living area. This is why we have gorgeous water views from 4 balconies. No elevator.
* Regular Coffee Pot (bring filters/coffee/sugar/cream if needed)
* We provide two beach chairs. If you need more, the beach has chairs and umbrellas to rent
* There are two Marina's onsite for a boat slip and more information contact Little Harbor Marina in Ruskin and/or Antigua Cove in Little Harbor in Ruskin. Search them up online.
* You can park your trailer and boat in carport, usually fits. If it does not fit you would need to park in the marina or right outside the community. Ask for details.
* You can rent Fishing Poles/Bucket and buy bait at the Marinas as well.
* How do I check in? I will contact you for your check in process and will give you the updated door code the day of your arrival.

* Guests must report any issues immediately upon arrival and send photos.
* Guests must agree to give access to maintenance, cleaning lady or management if they need to enter to resolve an issue.
