Wonderful location and wonderful space! So many little touches made it easy to spend time here, like outlets by each side of each bed, a ceramic dish to place your glasses and rings on the nightstand.

Excellent house. Perfect setup and location for stuff to do at the downtown and colleges. Love the garage space! Nice neighborhood. Road is busy but plenty of driveway to be able to maneuver out onto it safely. Highly recommend!

Perfect Location and Very Nice Home

This was a great experience. Home was in an excellent location of Greensboro. Being a native of Greensboro, I knew once the address was given this would be an excellent place to be. The home was super cozy and had lots of space. Excellent layout. Just as close to perfect as it gets.

I grew up in Greenville, attended NC State University in Raleigh (go Pack!), met and married my beautiful bride in Wilmington, and now we reside in Greensboro with our two kiddos! We love calling Greensboro home and hope you enjoy our great state when you come visit!

We love this part of Greensboro because it strikes the perfect balance between peaceful residential living and convenience. You’re just five minutes from the Friendly Center, Guilford College, and Starmount Forest Golf Course — and only a short drive from parks, shopping, restaurants, and downtown.

The neighborhood is quiet, walkable, and filled with mature trees — ideal for families or anyone looking for a relaxing stay that’s still close to everything. Whether guests are here for a college visit, family gathering, or weekend getaway, this location offers a true home-away-from-home experience.

What makes this property unique

Guests often tell us how much they appreciate the space, comfort, and thoughtful touches throughout the home — especially families with kids. The finished basement has been a big hit with little ones (and grown-ups too!), complete with a massive beanbag chair and plenty of space to spread out and play.

The open-concept layout makes it easy for everyone to spend time together, while still offering quiet spots to relax. The fully stocked kitchen with a dual fuel range and pot filler makes meal prep a breeze, and the garage bar with a roll-up door opens to an outdoor dining area that’s perfect for game days or summer evenings.

We’re currently adding a section of fencing to fully enclose the yard — making it even safer and more convenient for kids and pets to enjoy the outdoor space.
