Guests would have the entire studio to themselves, there is a queen bed, dedicated workstation, Wifi/internet access, a LCD 4K TV with Roku interface and soundbar, guests would need to login to their own preferred streaming services or use the free streaming channels on Roku, the kitchen has full sized oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave, basic utensils and cooking pans are provided along with basic spices and oil

Guests would have fob access to basic amenities provided in the community including a fully equipped gym, BBQ area and computer/lounge area, please note these common amenities are accessed by all residents of the building and are not exclusive to the guests
