I’ll start by saying that this can/will be a very nice property once cleaned up (very overgrown and hasn’t been mowed in awhile).The pictures are not very accurate, there are broken down boats, jet skis, and other miscellaneous clutter all around the property. All of the outdoor grills are in poor to unusable shape. The house looks to be in the process of some upgrades or improvements and there was construction material in closets making some of them unusable.There was some cleaning of the inside that we did upon arrival due to a lot of dust/dirt that seemed to have been swept up, but just left in corners here and there. Also the pictures of furniture arrangements in the rooms wasn’t accurate, along with there are several different check in and out procedures … on the listing, in the house and sent via email/messenger. All in all, we were able to make do and had a good time

Sorry the grass was a little overgrown, but there has been lots of rain in the area and the lawn company was behind on their schedule. Our working boats and atvs are parked under our carport and shed and strictly not for guest usage as stated on our policy so im not sure why you mentioned it was not working and scattered throughout the property. The beds were rearrange to accommodate our guests better vs on the original picture. Check in/out procedures are the same with the exception of different codes for each guests.... im glad you had a great time. Sorry for any mishaps

The pictures are nothing like what the reality of the property is. It is filthy outside cobwebs everywhere and nasty bugs all on the outside furniture so bad you can’t sit in them the ac doesn’t work well the grill wasSo nasty with build up huge burn pile that looked like a snake den in the middle of the back yard there wasn’t enough trash bags toilet paper no paper to towels the WiFi is so slow I truly deserve a partial refund
