Sunrise Beach Unit #1604 has breathtaking views of our beachfront resort, you and your family can enjoy a lifestyle of luxury on the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Description
Our 3-Bedrooms, 2-Bath 1,450 Sq Ft (includes 200 Sq Ft Balcony) Direct Beach Front Condo comfortably sleeps 6 (four adults and 2-3 children) with the following:

- Master Suite with a King bed and 42” HD Flat Screen TV (with direct balcony access)
- 2nd Bedroom with King bed and 39” HD Flat Screen TV
- 3rd Bedroom with a built-in Twin Size bed over a Full-size bed and 32” HD Flat Screen TV
- Living Room Sofa and 60” HD Flat Screen TV (with direct balcony access)
- All TVs have HD Cable Boxes (programming) as well.
- No smoking and no pets allowed.
- We have High Def (HD) TVs along with HD Cable Boxes (programming) for all TVs in my unit.

Sunrise Beach Condominium is located right on the beach with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugar-white sand beaches of Panama City Beach. The building is 24 stories high with 11 units per floor except for the 5th floor where the following building amenities are located:

The main pool of approximately 2,100 sq. ft. (heated seasonally) is on the east side of the pool deck

A smaller pool of 1,670 sq. ft. is on the west side of the pool deck

A children’s water play area, the “mushroom” is between the 2 pools

Two hot tubs on the east and west sides of the pool deck

Facing the main pool and with views of the Gulf, there is a 2000 sq. ft. gym with cardio equipment (stationary bikes and treadmills) and free-weight equipment. The gym is equipped with flat-screen TVs.

Facing the west pool and with views of the Gulf, there is an 1860 sq ft Clubhouse featuring a kitchen with full-size appliances.

One of the most attractive conveniences of the building is 4 decks of covered parking (the first four floors of the building) from where you can access air-conditioned lobbies with 4 elevators. Please note: Our garage can accommodate vehicles up to 6’ 8”. Please note pull trailers, jet-skis, etc. are not allowed in the garage. If you have an oversized vehicle (over 6’8”), you will NOT be able to fit/park in our parking garage and will need to find offsite public parking.

The beach walkway, which is accessible from the P 1-1/2 floor, features 2 gas grills

With over 350 feet of beachfront, and spectacular views of sunrises, sunsets, emerald waters, and snow-white sands, Sunrise Beach Condominium is a home away from home for 213 owners, their families, and many visitors.

Sunrise Beach is also located just minutes from Pier Park and Frank Brown Recreation Center!

Sunrise Beach is a Family Friendly Resort and is NOT “Spring Break Party friendly”. We do not allow renters under the age of 25 years old. Parents/Adults – if you are not staying in the condo unit the entire stay with your children – do not rent our unit. Renters will be asked to leave if age has been misrepresented, and you will forfeit your entire rental fee.

Also, our Damage/Violation/Fine Deposit may be higher during the Spring Break season.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place any used/dirty/wet towels in the Washing Machine in the Laundry/Utility Room and start it. If the towels finish washing prior to departure, please place them in the Dryer and start it.
Place Pool Bands back into the dish/basket.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The refundable “Deposit” can/will be used for any Damage, Rule Violations or Fines issued by the Sunrise HOA/Security or by the owners

We highly recommend this beautiful condo! It was very clean and included so many things that were very useful for our stay. The condo was convenient to shopping and restaurants. Easter vacation at PCB

We visited PCB to see our family that just moved to Tyndall Air Force Base. We loved our nine days that we stayed at 1604 sunrise it is close to everything we wanted to do and see. We also loved the private beach, the pools and the hot tubs. We would definitely stay there again. we had one hiccup and the property owners immediately helped on Easter Sunday of all days. Thanks again to the owners.

This condo is amazing. We have stayed PCB five winters and this was our best experience. The owners went out of their way to have items available that were useful and way above what you would expect. You can't beat the location. Within walking distance of at least 3 beach bars/restaurants. The condo has everything you need and was very clean. I would highly recommend. The owners respond almost immediately via e-mail. We didn't need anything during our stay...the communication was pre/post trip via e-mail.

Memorable overall stay

We stayed in this unit for the month of Feb. It was clean, comfortable, fully equipped, and had some extras and personal touches that weren't expected. The owners always responded promptly to our communications and were very accommodating. My daughter and her family stayed with us for a few days, and I asked them for comments. They all said "loved it." So, if all of us in the age range from 11-85 were satisfied, this unit warrants 5 stars.

A Wonderful Stay

This unit is exactly as pictured. Overlooking the Gulf it is tranquil and quiet. The condo is appointed very well and is a joy to visit as a guest. We had a few visitors over the time we were in residence and everyone enjoyed their time. The inclusion of the beach service is a wonderful addition. The convenience of the location allows you to walk to restaurants and shops along Front Beach Road -- although Panama City Beach would not get the highest walkability index due to poor infrastructure (sidewalks, etc.). We enjoyed our time, the hosts were responsive to any questions we had, and we would recommend it to anyone who wants a well appointed condo in a building with lots of wonderful amenities.

Great unit, but the elevator situation is terrible

We enjoyed pretty much everything about our stay EXCEPT that the elevators continually broke down. Imagine having to walk up/down 16 floors multiple times per day...or wait 30+ minutes for an elevator.

Our family of six has vacationed in Florida for many, many years. We absolutely love the beach life and were able to purchase our unit and truly make it our own.

Why they chose this property

After numerous months of searching, we came across what our realtor called 'the hidden gem'. Sunrise Beach had everything we were looking for in a beachfront complex.

What makes this property unique

We love Sunrise Beach Resort for numerous reasons. It has the most breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico from both the master bedroom and the living room. The floor plan is what made us choose this condo. It has a nice size gulf front master Suite. It is directly on the gulf, just as we all love. The parking is under the building, so there are no bridges to cross with luggage and groceries. Sunrise is less than a mile from Pier Park and is close to Frank Brown Park, but it is still on the quieter end of the beach. Our exercise room is one of the best on the beach with Pool and Gulf views.
