120 Falkirk Island Cottage - Freestanding home by the Beach!

120 Falkirk is a lovely island home perfect to spend the season in - freshly decorated and fully equipped with 1 Queen bed, a loft, and 1 bathroom. This property is a jewel, very well designed and laid out for the best use of space, with comfort for the guest in mind. It is a new build with all new furnishings and appliances. It is the ideal place for 2 or 3 vacationers, or you can combine it with 122 Falkirk for a larger group. The two adjacent properties together sleep 10 people.
This unit is pet-friendly with a 1-small pet limit, pets are limited to dogs only. A written request at the time of booking is required to bring any animal, including pets, emotional support animals, and service animals. A non-refundable $200 fee applies for pets. The fee will be added to your booking total, with applicable taxes when we receive your Official Animal Request to our email. Additional charges will be added for each unauthorized animal if animals are brought without permission.
You will be a very short walk to the white sandy beach that Fort Myers Beach is famous for. From here you can walk the length of the 7 mile stretch of beach, fish, paddle board, kayak, or make your way to shops and restaurants. It's just a great place to be. You will love it here.
