Perched on St. Croix’s desirable East End, our home offers sweeping views of both the North and South Shores, giving you a breathtaking backdrop from sunrise to sunset.

Inside, each of the four bedrooms features its own en-suite bathroom and air conditioning, ensuring privacy and comfort for everyone in your group. With plenty of space to spread out, the villa is ideal for families, couples traveling together, or groups of friends.

Step down to the expansive pool deck, where you’ll find a sparkling swimming pool, ample loungers, and shaded seating areas — the perfect spot for sunbathing, reading, or evening cocktails. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Before checking out, send a quick text to the host to let us know you've departed. Leave the keys and clicker on the kitchen table, lock all doors except the front door.
Please hang all wet towels and linens to dry. Kindly avoid leaving them damp on the floor.
A $150 cleaning fee will be added to your stay if the grill is not cleaned prior to your departure from the villa.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Report any damage or safety issues immediately so we can address them promptly.
To maintain the homes high standards, be sure to clean the grill after each use. $150 cleaning fee will be assessed if the grill is left uncleaned.
Smoking is only permitted on the paved driveway; dispose of all butts before you leave the property to avoid additional fees charged to your stay.

The host and Property Manager were amazing and very welcoming. They provided a tour of the of this beautiful home. Answered all of our questions and suggested activities and sites to visit. The views of the island are breathtaking from the expansive and comfortable porch. We spent much time there watching sunrises and sunsets. Many hours enjoying the pool and making some lovely memories to take home with us.When our travel plans were disrupted due to unforseen circumstances,they were extremely understanding, helpful, kind and able to accommodate us.
