Make wonderful memories at this beautiful, comfortable 4 BR 2.5 BA Endearing Vacation Home in the lovely community of Tustin Meadows that sleeps up to 24. Located near the 5 and the 55 Freeways (also gives you access to 22 & 405 Freeways), it’s just 15-20 minutes from Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, Soak City, & Anaheim Convention Center. The Honda Center, Edison Angels’ Stadium, and Old Town Tustin, Tustin Marketplace, and Orange, and all of South OC (Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, et al) are also easily accessible. This 2,243 sf home has an in-ground pool (fencing around pool is available for an extra charge) and a boxed jacuzzi spa, in a large backyard with a shady, grassy area for kids’ playhouse & slides. There is a picnic table and gas grill, also. There’s an indoor playroom for the kids as well, with a kitchenette, table & chairs, books, art supplies, coloring books, games, and toys to keep your little ones entertaining themselves imaginatively!
The large backyard has a dog yard (2 dogs max) that is fenced and gated around the side of the house. There’s a smoking yard outside the slider of the Pool Hall room, also. (Interior and front of house is non-smoking.)
Make a great outdoor meal that can be enjoyed at the picnic table and many lounge chairs. A standing umbrella provides shade when needed.
The newly-tiled entry hall of this grand home opens to a step-up Living Room on the right, with 65” TV, PS3, & Spectrum Cable. Enjoy the large complimentary DVD/VHS library that’s family-friendly!
The entry to the Garage & Laundry Room, downstairs half-bath, owner’s closet, and the Pool Hall (has 40” Roku TV & Spectrum Cable) are on the left.
The Welcome Area is under the staircase as you enter to the spacious Kitchen & Dining Room next, which flows out through a large slider into the backyard.
The Kitchen has many small appliances…1 4-slice & 1 2-slice toasters, electric can opener, blender, coffee grinder, drip coffeemakers (2), and snow cone maker. The 5-burner gas range/oven & 1.8 cf microwave/convection oven makes all your food prep convenient. There’s ample counter and storage space for all your foods. You even have a 26 cf stainless steel side-by-side fridge, so leave the extra coolers at home! (Don’t buy your condiments/spices until you check the fridge & cupboards first.) All the plates & serving platters, cups, glassware, stemware, bar glasses, and bowls are stocked in the cupboards, along with plastic equivalents for outdoor use. There’s a large set of kid-sized plates, bowls, cups, & utensils, also. Large cookpots, many skillets, pizza pan, baking trays, rice cooker, crockpot, Rival electric turkey cooker, & utensils are available as well. This Kitchen is fully equipped and ready for you to get cooking!
The large Dining Room seats 10-12 adults and kids sit at their own little tables, also. Extra table is available for serving or seating, as needed. A high chair is provided for your littlest one.
Upstairs 4 Bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms:

Huge Youth Bunk Room has 2 Twin/Twin Bunks and 1 Full/Full Bunk with 2 youth mattresses, also…sleeps 10. TV is 55” with Spectrum Cable & DVD/VHS player to use with kid-friendly DVD/VHS library.
Hall Linen Closet has numerous bath & hand towels, & washcloths. Towels for pool and beach are the multi-colored & character towels (Beach bag to carry towels & sand castle toys available in garage). This area houses the Spectrum high-speed Wifi, and has unlimited free local & long distance calling…there is a land-line phone available to plug into the jack provided!
Queen-size BR has memory-foam mattress on platform bed. There is floor space for a Graco infant bed/Pack’n’play bed (both are provided), or youth mattress, also (sleeps 3 total). It has a 40” TV with TWC. This beautiful room has Asian-inspired décor with lots of storage.
Full-size BR sleeps 2. This cozy room is also Asian-inspired in a deeper color palette, with room darkening curtains. It has a 40” Roku TV with Spectrum Cable.
Full Bath with Tub/Shower enclosure serves 3 BR’s.
Master BR is very large with cathedral ceiling, 2 Queen-size Platform Beds (sleeps 4), a sink/vanity & dressing area, ensuite bath with enclosed shower & toilet, and large triple-door closet. There’s another walk-in closet which houses self-inflating Queen & Twin double-high mattresses, Graco/Pack’n’Play, Extra TP, etc. It has a 50” TV with TWC. (With extra inflatable beds, can sleep 9, including infant.) Or, you can set up 2 Queen inflatables in the Living Room floor area, and 1 Queen or Twin inflatable in the stepdown Kids' Indoor Play Area.
