There is a drawer with over 100 dvd, and popular games for your family to enjoy on any TV in the house, there are 4, during your stay.
This is a TRUE SKI IN -SKI OUT CONDO. We are also so happy to supply all of your coffee and hot tea needs during your stay, we love coffee so trust me you will love OUR coffee! There are several sleds and snow toys also. You can watch the kids sled ride just our side, in the bowl where we are located on, see pictures.

For Spring thru Fall activities enjoy one of 2 pools in the villages, both with in walking distance, free of charge for renting with us. We also have a beautiful deck with seating and great views, enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass if wine in the evening.

Our 3 bed 3 bath beautiful two story updated condo is located in the Villages at Seven Springs, directly on Village Trail. We are at the very top of the Meadowridge community and we are perfectly located, I tried to show the great location in our pictures, from inside our home.
We are SECONDS TO THE SLOPES to enjoy the wonderful winter sports and convenient access to many Summer activities that 7 Springs has to offer.
Just to mention a few activities- two pools both within walking distance, sporting clays, fishing, horse back riding, sleigh rides, golfing, tennis, climbing, zip lines, fishing, The Trillium Spa, bars, restaurants and more. RELAX AND ENJOY

Additionally, Our Exceptionally appointed condo sleeps 14 comfortably. AND, all clean linens are supplied. We have a Lovely view of Village trail and offer a wood burning fireplace, (firewood complimentary!) Leave your worries behind, arrive and relax!

First floor boasts a living room that features a Smart Screen TV with DVD and a wood burning fireplace. The sectional sofa offers a pull out bed, clean linens supplied. There is a fully functional kitchen with a breakfast bar and three stools. The dinning table seats 8 with additional seating in the living room which is cleverly stationed at the sofa table, with three more stools. Master features updated shower, king size bed and TV. Also on the first floor You'll find a second bedroom with two full size beds, with an attached full bath and TV.

Upstairs the large loft is outfitted with a pull out couch and TV. Enter the third bedroom, bunk room, where you will find two bunk beds with new upgraded mattresses , smart tv and a full bath with dual sinks, tub and shower.

Our condo has central heat and air and sleeps 14 comfortably. The house is equipped with free high speed wireless internet. 7Springs offers year round Free shuttle service to and from the lodge.

We provide all towels, linens and bedding. Leave your worries at home! Snuggle up with a roaring fire and watch the snow fall and the skiers ski by !

Our well equipped Kitchen-see pictures, has a coffee pot,crock pot, electric knife, blender, and roaster just to name a few, and all basic appliances plus plenty of dinner ware , glasses and serving pieces, to accommodate 14, making your family dinners easy to prepare. As a thank you for renting with us we also provide all trash bags, dish soap, dish detergent and cleaning supplies. Toilet paper and paper towels are also provided!
We would love for you to find out all that the mountains have to offer! Laurel State Park is minutes away and offers beautiful streams for fishing and trails for hiking. 7 Springs will provide you and your family and friends great memories for years to come!
