1) ILLEGAL “BAIT-and-switch” tactic was used on us, forcing us to accept another accommodation at the last-minute2) We were falsely offered, in advance, a “discounted extension rate,” which was refused by the property manager on the night before check-out: “pay 842 for 3 extra days, or be put out, in the morning @ 10am”3) On move-out-day, we received another “false, offfer of discounted extension rate”4) substitute property had broken furniture 5) Employees invaded our privacy, to access “supplies in garage,” which in which we could not park our bicycles
