Great experience

Our one month stay was great! The apartment is cozy, great location and has so much charm. Joanne was one of the best hosts I've encountered! She ensured we were all set prior to and during the stay. Highly recommend!

Simply a first-class residence and stay on all metrics. The apartment is spacious, well-kept and beautifully decorated, with every amenity and convenience you could need. Owner is responsive and accommodating, with seemless checkin. Terrific location convenient to town and the Phillips Academy campus. Loved the time here, and recommend without any hesitation. This is a gem.

Perfect Location!

This property is a 11/2 mile walk to Andover Square, minutes from the Phillips Academy campus and bird sanctuary. Pomp’s Pond was a quick ride to new pickleball courts. Easy access to routes 495 and 93. Great restaurants and cute boutiques. The house itself was very comfortable and the fresh eggs from the 5 chickens outback were an extra perk. Joanne and Russ are great hosts!

Antique House Charm with the expected amenities

Joanne and Ross are excellent hosts who have transformed part of their 1740 historic home into a charming 2 bedroom apartment. The house has wide pine floors and features consistent with a pre Revolutionary War home. However, it has modern conveniences like WiFI, air conditioning, washer/dryer and extensive cable TV with Netflix etc. In addition the property has chickens out back (fresh eggs!!) and a beautiful property with vegetable garden. This apartment is well suited for a longer stay and is very comfortable!
