Parking was easy and convenient, location was great.. actually really fun.. so many restaurants, parks and bars in walking distance. Nice pool and BBQ area. The whole team of host were very helpful and friendly. I really wanted to stay for another 3 weeks but they were booked!

This apartment met all of our needs. It was clean, cozy, and quiet. It’s conveniently located near anything we could have needed. The heavy traffic from downtown was barely noticeable at night. The property manager was quick with replies. For the price, this was a hidden gem!

I had a wonderful stay. The balcony was refreshing, but very loud. The property was very clean and well stocked with plenty of amenities. There was a strong smell of marijuana throughout the hallway that weekend, but overall it was a wonderful stay with lots of things to do downtown.

Since we’re located right in the heart of downtown, there can sometimes be more noise than in residential or suburban areas, but the tradeoff is being steps away from all the great attractions and things to do. Great location. First time in DFW and chose this location for walking/ public transportation not to mention free parking included. Spacious and clean condo. Was able to save some money by cooking some as we stayed five days. Property is going through some upgrades and had a lot of security which we appreciated.

Host was very helpful when we had trouble finding the correct elevator in the parking garage. Condo was very nice and clean, had all the amenities needed and we loved the balcony. Only complaint was the area outside the elevators on our floor was very dirty and smelled heavily of pot all the time. Not an issue at all with the condo or owners, once we got inside our unit, it was great.

This is a great little apartment in downtown Dallas. I visited with my niece and we were able to walk to many restaurants and attractions. There is a lively nightlife which makes the street noise a little loud, but you hear absolutely nothing coming from any other condo. We also were able to take advantage to the amenities by sitting in the pool area. It wasn’t too busy and kept quite clean. If there was one downfall, it would be the smell in the hallways. It either reeked of cigarette, marijuana or just something funky. However, that smell was non-existent once you entered the apartment. I still recommend this place.
