White Mountain Cottage

Our cottage is secluded in the White Mountains, set back on two acres, cozy and relaxing with a private back yard and picnic table. It is a perfect place for families. We have spent the last ten years enjoying it with our family and now that our kids are grown, we have decided to share it with others. It is also ideal for couples who are looking for a peaceful, romantic location to get away.

Our White Mountain Cottage is located close to the small quaint town of Franconia as well as Littleton, NH famous for its beautiful Main Street featuring many shops and restaurants--and named one of the best small towns in America. Be sure to check out Chutters candy shop with the longest candy counter in the world!

Our cottage is comfortable and clean with many amenities-- a full kitchen, washer and dryer, wood burning stove, TV/VCR, BBQ grill etc...There is a pond near by (Streeter Pond) with a convenient boat launch if you wish to kayak or canoe, and the beautiful Gale River is down the road. The cottage has two separate living room areas, the main part of the house with a couch, chair, coffee table, bookshelves and wood burning stove and an upstairs with 2 bedrooms--the master bedroom with a king size bed, and the 2nd bedroom with two XL twin beds. The addition, located on the other side of the house through the kitchen, is where you will find the TV with DVD and VCR and PS2 system and a huge selection of movies. Here we have a couch that converts to a full size sofa bed sleeping 1-2 and a loft area upstairs with a full size futon sleeping 1-2. The beauty of the addition is it can be closed off so adults can relax in one living area while kids relax in another part of the home.
