CANCELLATION: If the lease is canceled with less than 60 Days of arrival, all rental monies paid are non-refundable except if Landlord finds another tenant at the same rate for the same period. If Landlord does find another tenant, any monies paid will be returned to Tenant less Security deposit of $1000.00 for administrative fees and any additional rental commissions.
