Really nice and clean
The condo was nice and clean, the staff was very friendly. Easy check in and check out. Definitely plan on staying again!!
We really enjoyed our stay at this riverside condo. My boys really liked that we were next to the large hot tub. The fall
Colors throughout RMNP did not disappoint.

Loved this condo!
Thank you for the lovely experience of staying in this condo. The location was so nice, with a river view. In the morning we sat out front enjoying the sound and beauty of the river with a hot cup of coffee. The hot tub was handy too. Very clean room. The beds were all very comfortable, which is especially nice for a family with bad backs. We would come back to this condo in a heartbeat!
The condo itself and location was great - right on the water with fantastic views. Was very clean and had everything we needed. Only thing that made this not 5 stars was the facility itself - they were doing a lot of maintenance and the hot tub was closed half the time and they had a crew switching out appliances that wanted to come in when we were there. I get maintenance windows are what they are but wish they wouldn't have done it over the weekend.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
Not accurate listing
The bedroom photos are not the same as the rooms we were given. I booked a space with a king, 2 twin beds and a pull out couch. Listing stated that it was supposed to sleep 6 people. Our party was 3 adult acquaintances/newer friends. The room we were given was not the same, the bedroom situation was 1 king and 1 queen bed plus the couch pull out. I was upset that we did not have enough actual beds for each adult which is what I booked/paid for. They also nickel and dime you, charging for wifi here. The guy at the front desk states these VRBOs are not reliable and often get cancelled last minute. I was glad to have a room after coming from out of town but I should get what I paid for. Luckily, the guy at the front desk was nice and he is fed up with these VRBO listers so he gave us his free wifi.
Clean, comfortable, convenient. This unit pressed all the buttons. Would definitely stay again!
