$300 Refundable Security Deposit Required to Secure Dates.

CANCELLATION POLICY: The time factor is crucial in vacation rentals and your reservation will hold this rental off the market for a period of time. If you cancel for any reason, after you have received a copy of the signed contract, your rent cannot be refunded unless the vacation rental is re-rented (and then less a $150.00 Administrative Fee). The earlier you warn us that you may need to cancel, the better the chances of re-renting.

Perfect stay for littles and in-laws! So close to the boardwalk and the amount of beach accessories we could use for the beach made it so nice! Owner was easily accessible if we needed. Condo was clean!

Spacious and well-lit

We all liked the space, so close to the boardwalk. We were unaware that a country music festival was going on the weekend we arrived and had to cope with loud music playing until 10:00pm and later our first two nights. Apart from that, we enjoyed ourselves. Easy drive to Cape May and also to the county zoo which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Great location

We had a great experience at this condo; we stayed for a week with my parents and our three small children. The condo looks just like the pictures, everything was in good condition, very clean, no weird smells or anything. The layout was very spacious so we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals, which was important to us since we had children and didn’t want to eat out every night. The beds were comfy, the AC was cold, the showers were hot. The location is great, only steps from the beach and boardwalk, and there is a storage room in the garage that had a beach wagon and other beach things that we didn’t use since I came prepared with our own, but still nice to have. Communication with the owner was very quick and easy. Would recommend!

Great Condo!

This is our second time staying at this condo. It really is a great place! Plenty of cookware, beds are comfortable, and super close to the boardwalk. We cannot wait to go back again next year!

Great location! All you need is already there

Even though the weekend was nothing but rain until we left, we were still able to have a great time. There is plenty of room and a huge kitchen to save some money on meals. The bedrooms were great sizes and even the couch was comfy! The storage room with chairs and a beach wagon was a great find for our last day there. Only wish we had more time! It’s close to the boardwalk and a short walk to a vast array of great restaurants.

Everything you need !

We stayed for one week in august 2017. The condo was very nice and very clean. Everything you need for a great family vacation is there ! Near all the attractions and beach. You park your car in the garage and don't need it for the rest of the week.

We had a great time! The condo provided everything we needed! The garage parking and laundry were a plus! Location to the beach and boardwalk were great! I would definitely recommend this place! It was clean and welcoming!

7/29 Week was great!

Very nice house. It was good to have the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room was nice size with good TV and internet. We liked it very much that it has a secure garage for two cars and appreciated the beach buggy and beach chairs!! Two things that might need to be updated, the pots and pans, the frying pans are worn, Teflon is coming off on some but still can be used. The other thing, the carpets could use a cleaning, again, you are at the beach and sand finds its way everywhere. We enjoyed it very much and will stay again!

Thanks for your review Scott! We enjoyed having you stay with us and are glad you had a great vacation. In response to your concerns, we are looking to replace the pots and pans in the offseason and we get the carpets and sectional cleaned every spring before the rental season. Unfortunately sand does get in every nook and cranny so we emphasize to our renters to rinse off using the outdoor shower before entering the condo after going to the beach. Our cleaners do a great job but its hard to get all the sand up. Have a great summer and we look forward to having you stay with us again!

A fun vacation getaway!

The home is very clean and was perfect for two families. Just a short walk to the beach/boardwalk and surrounded by great restaurants! We loved being able to watch the fireworks from the patio. The only downfall was the supplied grill did not work and there should be some essential cooking equipment (like a large pot for seafood) and a large skillet for cooking breakfasts. Other than that- this is a fantastic vacation home and we cannot wait to go back next year!

Can't wait for next year!

We were extremely happy with our choice. We've been coming to Wildwood for over 20 years and this was the first time we decided to rent a condo. I wish we had done it years ago! The place was spotless, roomy and close to everything. I would highly recommend it.

Great place!!!

A lot of steps!! LoL Great Exercise!! It is very convenient to the boardwalk 2 1/2 blocks away. Worked out great for beach blast for soccer. And for just going to the beach. Great location.

Perfect beach getaway!

My family and I highly recommend this beautiful condo! It's perfect for families with kids of all ages. The location couldn't be better just 2 short blocks from the beach and Boardwalk. Plenty of local restaurants and bars all with in walking distance. Some of the features of the condo we really enjoyed were the size and openness of the living room, dining room, and kitchen. All the bedrooms were well kept, had TV's and plenty of closet space. This place has all the amenities you could ever need. The dishwasher, washer, and dryer got plenty of use! But most of all we absolutely loved the outside deck! Very spacious, plenty of seating, and beautiful views! Great spot to enjoy a few drinks, listen to some music, and watch the sun set! We definitely would recommend this place to people of all ages. Already looking forward to renting again next year!

Great place!!!
