Park your car in the shared garage with extra space to store your beach toys, chairs, bikes plus one additional parking spot in driveway and plenty of free street parking. Enjoy your coffee (or night cap!) on the deck and enjoy views of the ferris wheel and catch the perfect view of the Friday night fireworks! Truly the perfect location for you and your family!

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please make sure all trash from unit (trash and recyclables are picked up Wed and Sat am) has been removed.
Please return the key to the lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking in condo, on deck or on community property per condo association.
We love fur babies, unfortunately, no pets are allowed per condo association.
Trash and recyclables are picked up on Saturday and Wednesday morning. Please make sure all trash is removed before your departure.

The house was absolutely perfect for our long weekend! It was perfectly clean, beds were comfortable and a lot of room. It is one block from the boardwalk. There are two parking spots available which is super helpful! Working with the owner was very easy! She was responsive with any questions I had. I would 100% recommend this condo for family and/or friends gatherings.
