Views of the Gulf from the master bedroom, the living area and large balcony as well as Key West style decor with tiled living area and carpeted bedrooms make this 1,634 square foot, three bedroom, three bath sixth floor condominium a renter's favorite.

Newly remobled unit which includes kitchen with exquisite quartez countertops, ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Other features include 9-foot ceilings, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and a large master bath with whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space.

The stay was great! This is my family’s 3rd year in a row staying here. We love it and look forward to returning next year. Could use some updates especially in the master bath but other than that is was great. Also needs an ironing board. There was an iron but no board to use it on.

Last Minute Get Away

Resort had easy check in and service. Family friendly several pools and hot tubs for littles to get relief off the beach. Never had issues with elevator no waiting. Highly recommend this unit for future patrons.

Orange Beach 2022

We had a great time. The condo was a little smaller than we expected but worked fine for our family. The ice maker was great! Great view of the beach!

Thank you for choosing SeaChase 604E for your summer vacation. At 1634 square feet, the condo is smaller than the more expansive corner unit. But it's still one of my favorite floor plans at SeaChase. It's the only plan that has that huge picture window in the dining room that looks out over the Gulf. Family Vacay 2024

The unit was very nice and well appointed with everything you might need. The large ice maker came in so handy when packing the cooler for a day at the pool/beach. Everything was clean and well maintained. The only negative thing I can say about this unit is the mattresses were not the most comfortable (VERY firm). Everyone enjoyed our stay and we would recommend.

Queen mattress needs to be replaced but twin beds and king size bed were good.Sofa needs to be replaced as well - cushions sink when sitting. Great view, beach and pools. We’ve had a great time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve been staying at SeaChase since it was first built back when I was a child. Now I bring my family every summer. We have stayed in various units and always had a good experience. While this unit is fine it definitely has the bare minimum. The kitchen didn’t have very many dishes and the utensils were certainly on the cheap side. Having stayed in other units, I know this isn’t the norm at SeaChase. At the end of the day the property is amazing and the unit served its purpose however I wasn’t overly wowed. We won’t be choosing this unit in future stays.

The owners did replace the bedroom chair to a comfortable swivel/recliner. Would like to see new living room and balcony furniture but very serviceable. The kitchen is outfitted very nicely with an air fryer added this past year. The views are gorgeous. Beds are comfy. Staff members are always helpful. Jesse and Tammy in security are super friendly. We love Seachase!

The sectional disconnects so when u sit down it moves across the room. It was uncomfortable and living room was smaller. We have stayed at seachase for years and love the property but not this unit.

Outstanding Experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo offers sweeping views of the beach, and the area was not crowded during a fall break week in October. The unit was clean and fresh. The teflon pots and pans were scratched and not useable. The Aronov staff purchased a new stainless stock pot and delivered prior to our last night. We appreciate Aronov's efforts to accommodate our needs. The pool areas were clean. Be aware that the outdoor pools are not heated, but the complex offers an indoor pool. The workout room is somewhat outdated but serves its purpose well enough. The location works well for families because Publix, multiple restaurants, and the arcade/mini golf options are across the street. I would stay at this property and in this condo again.

Love our winter resident home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented 604 E last year and love the location and lay out of the condo. Their were numerous improvements since last year which we greatly appreciate. New cabinets and countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, wine frig, new knives, new pots and pans, new appliances and the kitchen was much better stocked overall.This year their were a couple extra blankets, air mattresses and sheets. Lots of towels. Management(Sandra in housekeeping) replaced broken toaster and can opener. Security staff are great, especially Jesse and Tammy. Maintenance fixed water temperature in master bath as it was barely lukewarm. Mattresses are comfy. Since we do stay here for 10 weeks, I would love to see new balcony furniture and maybe a recliner to replace worn chair in master bedroom. We've rebooked for 10 weeks again next year and will be counting the days!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely beautiful panoramic views of the Gulf from this condo. Easy beach access. Elevators fast and working. Parking very accessible. We would definitely choose this complex and condo again. The condo was updated (from previous years' reviews) with great kitchen appliances and the washer and dryer. A few very minor suggestions for maybe a three-way light for reading, consider a larger TV in the main room (great cable and channels), make sure the freestanding toilet bowl wands are new or cleaned between visits, the hot water in the master bathroom takes a while to get hot (the other bathrooms are good), and dispose of some of the older pots and pans showing wear. The separate ice maker was really great and so many cooking items to choose from as well as tableware etc. You could tell the owners thought of many ways to make the visitors feel welcome. Great beds too. We enjoyed many wonderful meals with awesome views at the large indoor dining table or the balcony table. We are looking forward to another visit in the future. Fantastic family time! Great View but dated unit

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the location, the facility layout and ease of the whole vacation. This layout is great with views from all angles, which we loved. It was generally clean, and furniture was comfortable. It is, however, dated and needs some work on the finishes. Kitchen and baths especially. TVs and kitchen essentials are cheap. For the price, I would have expected a little more detail on those finishes and appointments in the unit. Property needs a little updating as well, including the common areas/elevators, etc.

End of Summer trip

Reviewer Comments: Seachase is our choice of properties when vacationing in Orange Beach. The furniture in the living area of this unit has been updated since the picture was taken. The ice maker was broken, but fixed within a day of reporting the outage. TV in living area was still out as reported in previous renter's review. One issue with communication between owner and management, it was cleared up, but could have been handled differently. Issue with contractor entering the unit with key, did not knock and startled us. We called management to report and were told the owner contacted them letting them know what happened. Management apologized for the inconvenience. Hope that owner and management have better communication in the future so renters are not startled as we were. Overall, the unit was nice and we enjoyed our stay.
