Gorgeous place to stay

This place is amazing, as shown on the pictures. The view from the penthouse is breathtaking. No issues with the dishwasher, or water pressure as stated on one of the reviews. No need to bring anything for cooking other than condiments and groceries, the kitchen has every appliance, plate, silverware and cookware you could possibly need. The wine cooler was a plus for us. As described rental includes a startup kit, so depending on how long is your stay you will need dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, trash bags and toiletries, I drove so I brought everything from home. There are plenty of grocery stores, souvenir stores and restaurants that are across the street. So much fun stuff to do on that area; dolphin cruise, parasailing, jet skiing, you name it. The only downside is the countertop ice maker, is not enough to fill out a cooler or if you have a big group of people, I bought ice bags and stored them in the freezer. I would definitely recommend this place, you would enjoy it.

It no Penthouse! Must read for people staying a week.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at other SeaChase properties before and loved them, which is why we decided to try a larger unit this time—just because. Unfortunately, we really should’ve stuck with the other ones.From the start, there were several issues. One of the bedroom lights didn’t work at all. The dishwasher was hit-or-miss—sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t. The washing machine only ran if you kept pressing start over and over again. There’s no built-in ice maker—just a small countertop one like you’d see in an office, which wasn’t ideal for a beach rental. All of the appliances felt very outdated and in need of replacement.The master bed was basically sitting on the floor and incredibly uncomfortable. But the worst part by far was the master bathroom shower. The water pressure was practically nonexistent—so low that my wife couldn’t even wash her hair. I’ve stayed in trailers from the ’80s in Alaska with stronger water pressure.Overall, this unit felt more like a 3-star experience. We won’t be booking this one again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the money spent, needs some updating, especially the bathrooms. Second bath: very tall step up into shower, could not get cool water in that shower (always hot); had to figure out shower heads. In the 3rd bath, could not get the shower head to turn on at all so had to use other bath. We reserved Tuesday through Friday. Since we could not check in until 5pm on Tuesday and had to leave by 9am Friday, we were denied occupancy of about 5-6 hours that we paid a lot of money for. We did not know these check in/out hours until a few days before our stay. We had access to Dish on tv, but we couldn’t access any Netflix or other apps we personally subscribe to. The tvs were useless. We didn’t know we had to pay an additional $70 for an additional car for parking so one car was free. The unit is clean and the view is beautiful, but I can find better accommodations for less money and allowed more time as to when to check in or out. I have leased property in the area for years. Much too expensive!!!

Carpet in all bedrooms, Awesome couch, comfortable bed, beautiful panoramic view. When we called to see if we could borrow a dvd player, the owners had one sent by amazon the next day! How nice!
