Niagara Riverview Vacation Rental - Closest to Falls- Free Breakfast

This four bedroom home offers warm décor and provides a welcoming feel to your group or extended family gatherings. Niagara Riverview Inn is located on River Road and just a short ten minute walk to the Falls, Casino Niagara, Clifton Hill and many other attractions.

The home comfortably sleeps 9 persons in a total of 4 bedrooms (1 King and 3 Queen Beds plus two sofa beds) and is serviced by two bathrooms. The home is centrally heated and central air-conditioned. Built in 1965, this bright and airy home is typical of the architectural period with a split level design, hardwood floors, large bay window overlooking the Niagara River.

Guests can retreat to the large living room complete with numerous couches, reclining chairs, and writing desks. All the modern comforts of home are here including a large flat screen TVs, cable TV, Blue Ray Player, radio, complimentary Wi-Fi, patio, and more. The large dining area is perfect for board or card games and makes a great space to reflect on the days experiences.

ENJOY A COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST
Breakfast is delivered each morning to the house and consists of a hot entree, fresh muffins, fruits, yohurts, juice and coffee.

Guest access

Enjoy relaxing on the rear deck with plenty of chairs and the shade provided by a large number of trees. The front porch is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the cool breezes provided by the Niagara River and Gorge.

In addition, the home is close to a public park with plenty of open green space, two tennis courts, and children's play area. Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events.

Check-in time is between 3 pm and 11 pm.

Overall, great stay, and would go back and stay again! Loved being in walking distance of everything (with ample private parking), but just outside the busier hotel / tourist area. The beds were large and very comfortable, with spacious bedrooms. Having a yummy & filling breakfast & juice delivered daily was a nice perk! Host was communicative and responsive. Excellent dog-friendly stay. The only thing that could be improved is that the bathrooms could use a refresh. Loved waking up and hearing the falls while walking our dog in the morning!

We stayed five nights. House was a great set up for our family (the toddler loved all of the steps), it was great that it was pet friendly. Breakfasts were great…it allowed us more time to get ready for our day. Location was great…we were able to walk to the falls and tourist area…sometimes multiple times a day. Loved the nearby walking path and playground. I gave a four for cleanliness due to some dirty dishes in the cabinets, crumbs/dust under the couch and around the curtains.

Great Host and Great Location

Our host John ws very open with communication as we approached our trip to ask about breakfast timing and allergies, etc. He also let us know about the self check-in process and was helpful throughout the whole stay. The property was clean and the area was conveniently near popular attractions.

Great location. Lots of room.

This is a great location to enjoy the sites of the area. John was a great host and breakfast brought to the house was a definite plus. The only thing I’d offer to prospective renters is that this is an older neighborhood and this property is an older home. That was just fine for us but if you’re looking for or expecting a new, modern property you’ll probably be disappointed. Just an FYI.

Comfortable vacation home

Four couples enjoyed relaxing in this Niagara Falls home. A delicious breakfast was brought each morning even on our check out day! The dining room table was perfect for eating and playing cards, too! The living room area was a little small for eight of us but we made do. It was nice and quiet for sleeping. The short walk to the falls and Clifton Hill was a real advantage!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. First the positives: the location was ideal. It was about a 10 minute walk to the falls area and we felt safe walking in the area after dark. The rooms were large and it was great to have breakfast delivered each day. On the negative side, the entire house was a bit rundown, especially the kitchen and bathrooms.

Great location!

The home could use some TLC, but it's clean, has comfortable beds, and is pretty well stocked. Best two features are the great breakfast brought fresh by the owner every morning and the location. It's located directly across the street from the Niagara River and is a very nice walk away from the waterfall. There is no laundry in the home.

Fantastic Location!

You simply cannot beat the location! It's literally a 10 minute WALK to great views of the Falls and the lights and fireworks each evening. The home is spacious, has a couple of outdoor dining options, and has that classic retro charm. Communication with John was great, he is a great host. Even managed to catch us before we got too far away because we had left behind our carryon! Would definitely stay here again.

Having a history degree has led me to embrace Niagara’s colourful past and I can often be found conversing with guests on topics ranging from local geology to the wild wacky adventures of Niagara’s daredevils. I have traveled extensively in North America and Europe and can speak German, French, English, and Hungarian.

In between various stints in the local hospitality industry, I founded and still operate a software development firm which builds reservation and ticketing engines.

The other passion is the restoration of historical buildings.
