Niagara Riverview Vacation Rental - Closest to Falls- Free Breakfast

This four bedroom home offers warm décor and provides a welcoming feel to your group or extended family gatherings. Niagara Riverview Inn is located on River Road and just a short ten minute walk to the Falls, Casino Niagara, Clifton Hill and many other attractions.

The home comfortably sleeps 9 persons in a total of 4 bedrooms (1 King and 3 Queen Beds plus two sofa beds) and is serviced by two bathrooms. The home is centrally heated and central air-conditioned. Built in 1965, this bright and airy home is typical of the architectural period with a split level design, hardwood floors, large bay window overlooking the Niagara River.

Guests can retreat to the large living room complete with numerous couches, reclining chairs, and writing desks. All the modern comforts of home are here including a large flat screen TVs, cable TV, Blue Ray Player, radio, complimentary Wi-Fi, patio, and more. The large dining area is perfect for board or card games and makes a great space to reflect on the days experiences.

ENJOY A COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST
Breakfast is delivered each morning to the house and consists of a hot entree, fresh muffins, fruits, yohurts, juice and coffee.

Guest access

Enjoy relaxing on the rear deck with plenty of chairs and the shade provided by a large number of trees. The front porch is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the cool breezes provided by the Niagara River and Gorge.

In addition, the home is close to a public park with plenty of open green space, two tennis courts, and children's play area. Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events.

Check-in time is between 3 pm and 11 pm.

Great Host and Great Location

Our host John ws very open with communication as we approached our trip to ask about breakfast timing and allergies, etc. He also let us know about the self check-in process and was helpful throughout the whole stay. The property was clean and the area was conveniently near popular attractions.

Great place to stay very close to Niagara Falls

Family plus dog stayed here for one night, and it was perfect! Easy walk to the falls and other attractions in Canada. The owner brought us breakfast in the morning which was awesome! Definitely recommend!

Great location!

The home could use some TLC, but it's clean, has comfortable beds, and is pretty well stocked. Best two features are the great breakfast brought fresh by the owner every morning and the location. It's located directly across the street from the Niagara River and is a very nice walk away from the waterfall. There is no laundry in the home.

Peace and quiet a stone's throw from the falls.

We choose this as an alternative to an expensive high-rise hotel for our trip to the falls. Not the views but stilll a lovely location, not often you can see another country from your lounge and bedroom windows. Great breakfast delivered by John, would go back in a heartbeat.

Great Location!

It worked out for a beautiful time in Niagra Falls! The location was perfect! We were able to go back and forth walking everywhere no need for our car! It was clean and we appreciated the breakfast! Some maintenance on some of the little things needed but overall it worked well! Thank you!

Great host!

We unfortunately did not get to stay. There was a tragic accident at the rainbow bridge which closed the borders but the host was very kind and refunded our money right away. He was always very prompt in responding to my messages. I hope to stay there sometime!

Good location for a large group

Location was as good as it gets for a vacation home in Niagara. John was friendly with good communication and brought us a solid breakfast every morning. Home could use some updates as it is older with some darker spots in grout for example. Overall though it was a great stay and would recommend this vacation home to larger families staying in Niagara. Thanks, John!

Great Location

John was very good to book with, he is very quick to reply with any questions and was very nice to deal with. The breakfast that he brings every morning was great. The house was clean and very large (4 bedrooms and 2 baths with a mini kitchen in the Master Bedroom) and the house is located in a great location, only about a 10 minute walk to be in front of American Falls and 20 minute walk to be next to Horseshoe Falls, but you can start to see the Falls after about 100 yards. It was a great trip.

Wives Birthday celebration escape

we had tickets to Greg Frewin show, needed a place to stay for 3 days- 6 adults. Found this address. John (proprietor) was easy to reach and discuss location . Home was what we wanted and needed. Easy walk to the falls and to Frewin theatre. The Breakfast included was wonderful. BBQ, Beds and kitchen provided all we required to make the birthday week GREAT. thank you John

Great location, just what we needed

We came to the area for our version of a annual color tour and while the trees were mostly done in late october we did find plenty of the two colors we were here for. Reds and whites with a few blushes thrown in. Each year we do a wine tasting trip and this was our first time to the area. We visited les than an 8th of wineries in the area in the 2 1/2 days we had. The home is within easy walking distance of the Niagara down town activities and also a great launching point if you are looking to spend some time at the wineries. The delivered breakfast in the morning was great to allow an early start to the day that avoided the hassel of getting to a resturant. The host made several great reccomendations for stops and this was greatly appreciated.

Perfect family vacation!

John was wonderful with communication and the breakfast he brought to us each morning was delicious and filling. I loved that he came in each morning and asked what our plans were and was ready to offer suggestions on what else we might enjoy. It was really nice to not have to plan breakfast for ourselves each morning. He also made sure we had juice, half and half, sugar packets, and dishwasher tablets, and we always had enough leftover breakfast things to use as snacks! The property was clean and exactly as described. The location was really great! Close enough to walk to most of the tourist attractions, and right along the Wego bus line to get where we wanted to go without taking our car if we wanted. Our family of 4 almost always chooses to stay in a VRBO for prolonged vacations, as we find that having access to a full kitchen and living space allows us to retreat from the hustle and bustle of crowds to recharge. We would stay here again if we ever make it back this direction!

This review is long overdue. The home was so warm and cozy. There are three bedroom plus one apartment, downstairs. Lots of room to move around with a fully stocked kitchen and a nice backyard, which, weather permitting, would have been lovely to have a meal in. One day, we spent the entire day in the living room, with the fireplace on, watching movies on cable. The light fog and mist really added to the warm ambience. Each morning, John delivered enough food to feed the 3 of us, plus several more: eggs, French toast, cheese, fresh fruit, sausage, yogurt and fruit juice. On the last morning, since we left very early, he delivered, "carry on" snacks to take with us on the plane. He was so thoughtful and considerate and provided a lot of insight into the area. Our trip was truly, magical, in fact, my 83 year old mother said it was, "the best trip, I've ever had." This, coming from a woman who has visited at least half of the countries on this planet...so that is saying something! Thank you John.

We stayed five nights. House was a great set up for our family (the toddler loved all of the steps), it was great that it was pet friendly. Breakfasts were great…it allowed us more time to get ready for our day. Location was great…we were able to walk to the falls and tourist area…sometimes multiple times a day. Loved the nearby walking path and playground. I gave a four for cleanliness due to some dirty dishes in the cabinets, crumbs/dust under the couch and around the curtains.

I am former hotelier and have been involved in Niagara’s tourism and hospitality industry since I was ten years old. Having a history degree has led me to embrace Niagara’s colourful past and I can often be found conversing with guests on topics ranging from local geology to the wild wacky adventures of Niagara’s daredevils. I have traveled extensively in North America and Europe and can speak German, French, English, and Hungarian.

In between various stints in the local hospitality industry, I founded and still operate a software development firm which builds reservation and ticketing engines.

The other passion is the restoration of historical buildings.

We have simply the best location in Niagara Falls and the property features a heavily treed backyard with offers plenty of shade. There are a total of 5 parking spots in the front and rear of the building.
In addition, I am one of the very few hosts which deliver a hot breakfast to the house each morning for the benefit of guests
