Everything was great except two issues. Living room furniture was quite uncomfortable and walking down a steep incline to reach the private lake front beach. I opted to pay and use the beach at the park which is close to the house.

Sounds like the lake setting was still a win overall. The path down to the private beach follows the natural slope of the property, so it can feel a little steep, while the nearby park beach gives guests another easy option. We also appreciate the note about the living room seating and will keep that in mind as we continue improving the space.
