Wonderful location! Spacious 2 -bedroom condo right across the street from the beach, a short walk to a nature center, and just down the road from Downtown Boca and Mizner Park. The host was very responsive and sent maintenance right away to fix an AC issue.

The condo reeked of mold and we couldn’t stay there and had to get a hotel. The host refused to take responsibility.

We’re sorry to hear this guest was dissatisfied with their stay. However, this situation has been misrepresented. The guest initially requested to cancel their reservation the day before arrival due to flight issues, but ultimately did not cancel and chose to arrive partway through their booked stay. After accessing the property, they decided to leave and book alternate accommodations, citing a concern about a mold odor. We take all guest concerns seriously and promptly inspected the property following this claim. No evidence of mold or unusual odor was found. We strive to provide a clean and comfortable experience for all guests and encourage communication during a stay so we can address any concerns in real time.
