Easy walking distance .07miles to waterfront dining at least 2 options. U will need to drive to the beach only about a mile, but you would need to go over a draw bridge, but u could walk. Closest beach is right over the bridge. Very nice quiet beach.

Adeguate amenities at best. Good location for surrounding activities. Too pricy for the offerings. Most trim and baseboards peeling and water damage with possible mold. Even a cheap 20 dollar walmart keurig would have been an upgrade. VRBO website is terrible and so wascommunicaton

Location was convenient to beaches, stores...great neighborhood. I enjoyed walking in the area. The hosts communicated well. I would stay again. The place had everything we needed, including a cute patio with table and chairs. Great for two people.
