These rules are to be respected at all times to ensure a pleasant and enjoyable, yet trouble-free experience. Violations may result in immediate termination of your reservation and additional related fees.

HOUSE RULES
Locals MUST communicate with us before booking
NO shoes are allowed inside the home
No smoking (includes vape, dab, or hookah) of any kind inside the home
No loud music (Quiet Hours between 11:00 pm and 8:00 am)
No disturbance to neighbors
No parties or organized events
No animals without approval
No mail or packages to this address
No extra guests without approval
No parking on the grass/lawn – violation may result in a $100 fine for any damages incurred
Only guests listed on the reservation may be on the property at any time

IMPORTANT
- Please be a respectful neighbor and follow the City’s Quiet Hours (10:00 pm – 8:00 am).
- Any noise or disturbance causing complaints from neighbors may result in a $3,000 fine and termination of your reservation without a refund. Continued violations can also affect our ability to host in this neighborhood.

This may sound strict, but if your intentions are not to host a party or event, there’s nothing to worry about!

Safety Concerns
- If any equipment, safety netting, or locks are not working properly, please report it immediately to our management team.

Extra Guests
- Any extra guests not listed on the reservation will be charged $50 per night, per person.
- Unapproved guests will be considered a party and may result in cancellation of your stay without a refund.

No Smoking Policy
- Any smell of smoke or marijuana inside the property is subject to a $1,000 fine after checkout.
- No vaping is allowed inside the home.

Pet Policy
- No pets allowed.

AC Policy
- Please keep doors closed at all times to prevent the A/C from freezing.
- Guests will be held responsible for repairs caused by failure to follow this policy.
- Alternative accommodations due to preventable AC damage will be at the guest’s expense.

Late Checkout Policy
- Late checkouts beyond 30 minutes without prior notice will result in a full nightly rate fine, as this disrupts our cleaning team’s schedule for incoming guests.
- This policy does not grant permission for extended checkouts; it is a fee for non-compliance.

Trash Policy
- Trash and recycling must be placed in the appropriate bins. Failure to do so may result in a $100 fine.
