POOL HEAT: Additional cost upon request. The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on. Pool is serviced weekly. 

OUTDOOR GRILL: The BBQ includes a propane tank. We will do our best to monitor a filled tank, but we are sorry we can not provide refills for propane. Guests are welcome to swap the tank for a full tank at the local store.
