Large studio in the Art Deco Hamilton Building at 631 O'Farrell, sleeps 1-2. Fully furnished with good quality furnishings and utensils--not a cheap-and-cheerful Ikea job. Well suited to home office: 100Mbps internet, wifi, wired connections for max speed, no dropped video concalls, gaming, etc, 27” ultra high res monitor, and expandable desk (doubles as dining table). Large for a studio (520 sq ft), plus space is optimized by cleverly designed bedroom alcove. Nice views over garden courtyard, away from street so no night-time noise from emergency service alarms, noisy motorbikes etc.

Lively and friendly social environment among residents, fully equipped gym. Downtown location: close to Union Square department stores, many restaurants of all price brackets nearby, walking distance to many of San Francisco's main attractions.
