Anna Maria Island Club 45 - Anna Maria Island - Condo - 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bath, maximum occupancy of 4 people. Gulf View - Community PoolSaturday to Saturday bookings during the months of January through March. 24 hour parking for one car. No overnight guest parking. Parking permits required. Please know an application with the homeowner's association is required to obtain parking permits. The application fee is covered in your reservation.
Directly on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, the view from this condo is breathtaking! Undercover parking, an open-air lanai, and elevator complete the package. There is a large heated pool and spa directly on the beach.**Please keep in mind if the elevator becomes inoperable due to any reason, the stairs will be the only form of transportation to and from the unit. This unit is subject to the rules and regulations of a Condo Association which is not affiliated with A Paradise Vacation Rentals. We are not notified of, nor can we be held responsible, for any exterior maintenance that might occur during your stay. Its fine white sugar sand beaches are open to the public with convenient accesses along the entire island. It is one of the finest beaches in the United States. Unlike some tourist areas of Florida that are typified by endless rows of high rise apartment buildings and hotels, Anna Maria is an island of homes and small resorts. You are vacationing in a residential area where homes are in close proximity to each other. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. A violation of the city's noise control ordinance shall subject the violator to the issuance of a notice of violation or citation. Noise is measured at the property line of the property generating the noise.

Spectacular Waterfront Condo

Wonderful water front condo with expansive balcony. Tastefully decorated and well maintained. Nicely located in centre of Anna Maria Island with free island trolley stop directly in front of condo. Enjoyable pool and spa Well lite designated parking under condo

Beach and sunsets

Great beach access and not crowded at all. Loved the sunsets too as well as sitting on the porch drinking my morning coffee. Condo was a good location to town-enjoyed the quiet and not the crowds in town. Very spacious condo and felt very at home there.

Great view

This condo has an amazing view. Right on the beach and an easy walk down to the pool. The location is great because it is is not at the far end of AMI and has easy access to Bradenton. The interior is clean and updated. I would suggest a new set of primary sheets and mattress pad- old and stained. There are no bathroom fans; there doors for the bedrooms and main bathroom are all vented doors which was a little odd for privacy reasons. This residence in this association are an older age demographic so no floats allowed in the pool- only noodles. There is no common grill to use in this association so don't buy meats with intention to grill. Bring your own can opener (the one there doesn't work), silverware also needs to be replaced. The building is well maintained, clean and the beach front is not as busy as other areas.
