Pros and cons but overall a great stay!!

Pros: Very roomy and clean rental in an upscale gated community. Everyone had plenty of room and enjoyed the location, layout and back patio. Extra bonus points for the usable garage space. Easy access to Edwards restaurants and Vail areas. Would I book this place again even given the other cons below. Cons: This place is a throwback to 1995 (in a good way?) but needs some small updates to make it to 5 stars when compared to other VRBO properties we’ve stayed at in the area. All mattresses could be improved, there was no hand soap in the bathrooms, and the kitchen appliances are just barely hanging in there. We experienced a leaky fridge and a very loud dishwasher (especially for the folks in the room underneath the kitchen). Luckily, we didn’t use the kitchen much during our stay, but I might think twice if I were to rent it for a family gathering with a lot of cooking involved.
