Loved our condo! We felt safe at a very scary time to be in Puerto Vallarta. The condo has an amazing view of the entire city. What we saw was resilience and grace by the Mexican people. The locals, the food, the music and sunsets! With all the wonderful amenities we could have stayed in our condo the entire time. We will be back next year!

Perfect downtown location, really well appointed, excellent view and pool and responsive, great property management team…..but a smokers unit and nightclubs on all sides that went til 3:00 am each day. Great place if you are in town for the night life and don’t mind the lingering cigarette smells.

The property was nice and in a nice, convenient location, just a short walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable. The pool/spa were heated and welcoming and cleaned daily. Our unit's balcony was nice for morning coffee and drinks in the evening. The grill on the balcony was a very nice benefit and one of the reasons we booked this unit. Unfortunately, there was no grill grate scraper to effectively clean the grill, but we did our best. The kitchen had some basics but could have been better equipped, especially if we were staying longer. Several of the non-stick pans were well used and could use replacement. The property management company was very responsive when we discovered the propane tank for the gill was empty. The biggest issue was that we received our check information just 24 hours ahead of time, which caused some undue anxiety as the VRBO site said we should have received it 4 days prior. So, setting appropriate expectations would have been appreciated. Overall, I would recommend the property.
