After a day full of outdoor activities, walk through the front door and into the living room featuring stunning hardwood floors, a plush couch, an armchair, a chess table, and a flat-screen cable TV.

Pull up a stool at the breakfast bar and watch the chef of the group prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Enjoy a family dinner by the warmth of the gas-burning stove at the 4-person dining table, which can be extended to seat 2 more.

Sip your favorite beverage as you listen to birds chirping all around you on the front deck which features an outdoor table with 4 chairs.

Tuck the kids into the 2 twin-sized beds in the second bedroom before climbing under the covers of the queen-sized bed in the master bedroom which also features a flat-screen TV and an en-suite half bathroom. The couch in the living room converts to a queen-sized sleeper sofa for additional sleeping.

According to local legend, Kings Beach got its name from Joe King, a poker player who won the rights to the area at a game over a century ago. Over time this charming town has become synonymous with a relaxed culture and ample sunshine, so you’re bound to have a rejuvenating stay away from your busy life.

A half mile away from the property is Kings Beach State Recreation Area which offers over 900 feet of beachfront property. Lay on the sand and work on your tan or take a refreshing swim in the lake.

Take a trip to North Shore Parasail for a thrilling view of the area or explore the lake via kayak when you visit Tahoe Paddle & Oar. For more water adventures, rent stand up paddleboards and take a guided tour on the water.

Visit the boutique shops, art galleries, and restaurants along North Lake Boulevard and pick up a souvenir to show everyone at home.

Golfers in the group will enjoy a round at one of the top 10 golf courses in Northern California when you stop by Old Brockway Golf Course. The course features 3,400 yards of pristine fairways and was designed by Harry Comstock.
