Please be aware that I do not own this resort. This is just a Float timeshare that I own, 1 week at a time, so I do not know what unit number and what view you will get until the day you checkin. I own many weeks at MonteCristo so please send me an inquiry thru my page.
Also very important, the All-Inclusive Meal Plan is NOT INCLUDED in this price. That is Optional and between you and the resort.
Cheapest way to buy the All-Inclusive meal plan, is if there is a female in your group 30 years or older with ID and credit card under her name and attends a 90-120 minute timeshare presentation with NO obligation to buy anything there, at the end, she will get a Certificate for FREE All-Inclusive meal plan for 2 people for 3 days, she will get another Certificate to extend the All-Inclusive meal plan for 3 more days at $64 a person a day and a 3rd Certificate for everybody else to get the All-Inclusive meal plan for $64 a day as well. The 4th Certificate is Optional, it is a $400 Food and Beverage Certificate at a cost of $125. So whatever you charged the 1st day and any upcharges on alcohol or restaurant, can be paid with the $400 Food and Beverage Certificate, If you go over the $400, then you can pay cash for the amount you went over. If you go under the $400, there is no change you will receive.
This presentation includes breakfast at start of presentation and drinks alcohol and non-alcohol towards the end of presentation. If the lady is married, then husband must attend the presentation as well. And any friends or family that wants to go with the lady doing the presentation is welcome to come, they too will get free breakfast and free drinks.
If you do not want to attend the presentation, 2nd cheapest way is to prepay before checkin date. The cost is about $118 per Adult and about $95 per Senior or Teenager 11-18 and I think $75 for each Child between 5-11 years old

What makes this property unique
This is a wonderful Resort with great ocean views from the balconies. It has a private jacuzzi and private pool and a bar-b-q in case you want to have a cookout. You can see videos on MonteCristo Cabo San Lucas online. This is for the 3 bedroom 4 bath Villa. I do not have the 4 bedroom 4 bath Villa. I might be able to get it but at extra cost. Again, my aka is my paige
