We had a good time and the property was comfortable. The communication and support from the Host was excellent and she made every effort to address our needs. We had some challenges with use of the common areas which was no fault of the Host.

Pat actually arrived in early January and stayed thru the end of March. The challenges in the common area stemmed from Pat finding a discussion between some of the resident owners to be inappropriate and let them know it. They felt he had no right to comment on their behavior at their condo common areas. That led to some friction. As a tenant Pat was very nice and respectful of my property.
