About the host
Hosted by Gary R Nielsen

We have been part year residents of Phoenix for 24 years, have hosted this house since 2012. Many guests have become our friends and want on to buy homes in the valley. We grew up in the Midwest and see many visitors from those cold climates, also hosted construction workers and of course baseball fans.
Why they chose this property
We looked for a non HOA neighborhood that was well maintained and with friendly neighbors, low traffic and with all necessary stores and services close at hand.
What makes this property unique
The great/living room is spacious and comfortable, with vaulted ceiling. The quiet of the low traveled street and Cul de sac makes for relaxing time, inside and outside, any time of day or night.
