I am a 30+ year Angeleno originally from the Midwest. I love Los Angeles and enjoy helping people who want to relocate to Los Angeles or enjoy it for their vacations. My family and I love movies, hiking (lots of that available for those living in our condo!), exploring different coffee shops, and travel. I like being a VRBO host because I get to meet people from all over the world. It's like traveling while staying home. I also like to create a warm, comfortable rental for our guests to make their visits stress free.
Why they chose this property
My family and I lived in this condo for 15 years. We love the neighborhood because it is a quiet, hillside community in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles. It is super easy to access the many wonderful parts of the LA area including downtown LA, Pasadena (including the Rose Bowl, Huntington Gardens, and the San Gabriel Moutains), Hollywood, USC Medical Center, Children's Hospital Los Angeles, Disneyland and the beaches and then come home to a comfortable place to rest and recharge. Our neighborhood is filled with friendly people who like walking around the neighborhood (lots of dog walkers) and congregating in the local pocket park to socialize.
What makes this property unique
Our property is located on the first floor. One thing that we love about the condo is the great room feel - the kitchen, opens up directly to the dining and living room areas which makes it easy for the cook to socialize with others while busily preparing meals. The condo has a gated parking garage and all the amenities you are looking for including a pool and jacuzzi situated in a beautiful nature setting. We have in-unit laundry facilities as well. The condo is also easy to access once you arrive at the property.
