House was perfect for our large group and was very clean and cozy. The air conditioning was the only aspect that was an issue as it took a long time to really cool down upstairs, but it was amazing and such a memorable experience. Moshe was very responsive throughout as well and highly recommend this rental to a big group looking for an upstate weekend getaway!

This house was perfect for our long weekend with 18 adults. Even though the pictures were accurate, the living room looks even more beautiful in person and still has the cedar smell. Finding a rental with enough dining room seating for the amount of people they claim to fit is so hard but this one does it!!The host provided toilet paper and soap in the bathrooms and a sponge some basic detergent and cleaning stuff in the kitchen. The pots and pans were sufficient for what we cooked (hot dogs, eggs & bacon, pasta). They placed a bath towel with every pillow (they were thin but totally do the job). The guys loved the game room and those couches were so comfy I would’ve been happy to sleep on them if we needed more room. The yard is huge and great for outdoor events. Just bring flip flops because it’s patchy and rocky. Hot tub worked great and there were plenty of chairs for the firepit. The host answered every message quickly and check-in was extremely simple. I would love to stay here again in the future!
