Please pick-up and properly dispose of any pet waste. Please dispose of trash in the dumpster that is located in the alley around the corner (to the left) of the alley driveway
Please make sure door is locked on your way out~ INTERIOR KEYPAD LATCH MUST BE IN THE HORIZONTAL POSITION FOR DOOR TO AUTOMATICALLY LOCK FROM THE EXTERIOR!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
