We enjoyed our stay in Charlestown. The house is clean and well equipped. The beds are very comfortable!! We enjoyed a nice bonfire and cocktails on the deck. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was exactly as shown in the pictures. It is such a cute and quaint property with a big back yard. It had all the amenities a family could ask for. The location was perfect for restaurant access and close to the beach. The host was excellent in responding as we needed to add two additional nights due to change in plans. The stay was amazing and I would highly recommended this property.

The cottage house was prefect in every way. The beds are so comfortable, very clean, kitchen equipped with anything you would need. My absolutely favorite was having my morning coffee with a view of the pond while the geese fly in! Thank you Matt for sharing this amazing & peaceful paradise!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described (if not better). The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.The location was perfect—[5 minutes to Charlestown Beach]—and it was so peaceful and quiet with a beautiful view of the pond on the back deck, making it the ideal getaway. The beds were very comfortable.Our host, Matt was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering questions quickly and making us feel completely at home. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience. Thank you Matt, for such a memorable trip!

Matt was absolutely responsive to myriad questions I had and quickly resolved minor concerns. I was unfamiliar with the coded door and panicked a bit attempting to enter the home before dark. Fortunately I figured out the system, easy once you know how, and from that moment on everything was delightful. Our family of four, older sisters and a brother would return to Matt's home in a heartbeat. Fabulous home, accessible for anyone needing a walk in shower anf close to numerous attractions. Five stars indeed!!!
