• Make sure the heat is turned to 60 degrees, and all window A/C units are shut off. •Ensure beach pass is returned to shelf on porch/den

•Empty kitchen and bathroom trash and recycling into the outdoor trash and recycling containers located near the street.

•Double check that all propane has been turned off for the fire table and grill. •Make sure windows are closed and doors are locked.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had a fantastic stay at Little Fin Cottage—everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as pictured. The location is perfect—close to the beach and great restaurants, yet quiet and relaxing. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the whole space felt cozy but updated. Check-in was easy, communication was smooth, and the little touches made a big difference. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.
