Enjoy your stay in the cozy downtown historic private home. The space is about 1700 square feet featuring an updated kitchen, delightful butler's pantry, dining room with a custom farmhouse table that seats 8 comfortably, living room with a 48-inch TV and cozy lounging couch, powder room, and a gorgeous sitting room entry way.

Upstairs you’ll find an updated bathroom with large shower and tub, a primary bedroom with King bed, two guest rooms with Queen Beds, and a lovely remote working den with smart TV and a brand new Queen foam and coil foldout sofa. Each room features memory foam beds, lamps, nightstands, luggage stands and charging stations.

House is fully equipped with a very well stocked Kitchen, dishwasher, high-speed internet, and 2 Smart TVs. We're happy to answer questions about what's available in the kitchen for your chef adventures!

Outside, you’ll find a charming front porch, two tandem off-street parking spaces and a large fenced in yard. And we almost forgot to mention the 3-season porch off the kitchen! A lovely spot to enjoy breeze and have your morning coffee.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
- Quiet hours for the backyard are 10pm to 8am
We don’t allow pets. If you ask to bring your dog, we'll determine case by case. If you bring a pet without asking we will charge a $250 dollar fee
- During winter and 'mud season' months, all shoes and boots must be left at the front or back door.
