The first floor master bedroom offers a king bed and large sliding doors for easy deck access, as well as a beautifully modern en suite bathroom. Two more bedrooms are also on the first floor separated by a large foyer, one with a queen sized bed, and one with two twin beds, both with easy access to another gorgeous bathroom. Downstairs offers a fourth bedroom, and unlike many “basements”, this room offers outdoor access and plenty of light, as well as a queen bed. The 2nd floor of this home provides exceptional living, dining, and kitchen space in an open concept that allows for great views of the ocean. The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances and offers seating both inside and outside on a beautiful 2nd floor deck area. Wonderful home by the beach

What a fantastic place! It was only the two of us so many of the bedrooms went unused. Very new, clean and comfortable with plenty of room for a family stay. Very quiet neighborhood. Walk to public beach access was at the most 5 min! Would definitely stay there again!

Return to the Cape

Have been vacationing in Eastham for 50+ years, and this was a very nice addition to that tradition. Three generations in the house. Clean, comfortable home, great location, quick jaunt to the beach. Air conditioning a plus during a hot, humid weekend.
