The Space:

This gorgeous, architectural digest brand-new water-view home could be all yours for an incredible vacation! Enjoy the chef's kitchen, 180-views of Cape Cod Bay, and easy walk to a private neighborhood beach (no crowds)! In addition to the large, pristinely equipped eat-in kitchen, there are 4 bedrooms, and luxurious living spaces overlooking to the south First Encounter Beach! With construction finished in 2017, this house is truly brand-new, and offers plenty of high-end spaces for the whole party to enjoy.

The first floor master bedroom offers a king bed and large sliding doors for easy deck access, as well as a beautifully modern en suite bathroom. Two more bedrooms are also on the first floor separated by a large foyer, one with a queen sized bed, and one with two twin beds, both with easy access to another gorgeous bathroom. Downstairs offers a fourth bedroom, and unlike many “basements”, this room offers outdoor access and plenty of light, as well as a queen bed.

The 2nd floor of this home provides exceptional living, dining, and kitchen space in an open concept that allows for great views of the ocean. The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances and offers seating both inside and outside on a beautiful 2nd floor deck area. A third bathroom is found across from the kitchen pantry closet, as well as a small wine bar equipped with a wine fridge!
