***DON'T RECOMMEND***I believe this is a property run by a company and not a family. Repeated questions and support were nearly never answered.The floor was beyond filthy. I asked for a broom and mop. Never to receive a reply.I had to clean the couch which was also covered in filth.The place is infested with army ants. My kids were bitten multiple times.One of the "hosts" approved a late checkout so my baby could nap prior to departure. Only to have a cleaning person arrive who banged on the door and was screaming that we had to leave two hours before that time which woke my baby up. The cleaner then called the host who said that no late departure was approved. I showed her the message from the host. She called the host back, relayed the message, and left. Of course, my baby did not go back to sleep so I paid the price of an exhausted child for my drive.The place was decorated with Christmas sheets and stocking on the wall so maybe no one had been there in several months which explains the dirt.So if you travel with your own cleaning materials, this is a good place.The neighborhood is excellent and relatively quiet except for the dogs upstairs who start fighting and barking around 630am everyday. They were my alarm clock so that didn't bother me or the kids to be woken early every day. If you want to sleep later, you will have a problem.
