Gorgeous 2/1 Single Family Home in LA

This spacious 2 bedroom, one bath home, close to many LA attractions, has an open floor plan, all new furniture and flooring. You will find all of the comforts of home with comfy new mattresses, fresh sheets, and towels. You can eat out or stay in and cook in this beautiful kitchen. Staying here, you will feel like you are at home while on vacation.

Centrally location, this home is super close to Universal (10 mins), 20 mins to downtown LA, 20 mins to Hollywood.

FYI, There are two guest houses in the back of this main house. Those are rented by short-term renters as well. They enter a side gate. The only shared amenity is the washer/dryer.

We booked this unit for it's location which was perfect! We wanted a place that would be an easy commute to Pasadena and the greater Los Angeles area... this was it! This unit was extremely comfortable! The owner is obviously committed to providing a home away from home with tons of towels, comfortable furniture, upgraded appliances - absolutely everything you need. Thank you!

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood

My family traveled together due to a family emergency 12/2018. The house fit our needs well and the central location was perfect. Rei responded quickly to our questions. The beds were very comfortable! The bathroom is a tad small but we all found the shower to be perfect as it was tall. Will stay here again the next time I'm in LA.

An excellent property for a short or long stay. Well equipped, and the owner is quick to respond.

We rented this property for close to three months. It is well equipped for all your basic needs for a short or longer stay. The owner is quick to respond to any issues you have and is excellent to work with. I would have given this property five stars, if we had not had to deal with a broken refrigerator for over a week (11 days) upon checking in. The owner did their best to fix the issue quickly, but their were a number of issues that needed to be addresses and it takes time. However, we were still without a working refrigerator. This was very inconvenient as you might imagine especially if we had only rented the property for a week rather than three months. Pros: Location to all of Glendale, Burbank and the greater LA area, as well as highways. Well stocked full kitchen and bathroom with lots of towels (more than any place I have ever stayed), and paper products. Home was clean. Bedrooms nice and comfortable. Access to washer and dryer on sight (free). Good for small families. Many windows with excellent light. There is off street parking when renting the main house, and street parking is easily available as well. We felt safe in the neighborhood. The access to owner excellent. Cons: The bathroom is small as you might expect for a home of this type. It needs some updating with new fixtures and lighting. The glass shower/tube needs to have all the old calk removed and replaced eliminating some mold within the old calk. I'm not saying it's not clean, but it could be better with a little updating. This property has two smaller units in the back. Their access is through a large gate on the driveway. This means you have others coming and going all the time, and often late at night. The gate is very loud when it closes and other guests don't realize that the master bedroom is next to this gate. The result is a loud bang and security lights coming on at all times of the night as others come and go. This was easy to get used to for me but others might find it bothersome. All the renters we encountered were very friendly and pleasant. The exterior of the home needs some work with minor repairs and painting, and a good pressure washing. This did not affect our stay within the home. I would differently recommend this home, especially for extended stays in the Hollywood, Burbank, and greater Los Angeles area. Having had three extended stays in the area this has been our overall best experience. Thank you Rai.

Good location in a quiet neighborhood.

The house was in a good location close to restaurants and grocery stores. Overall, neightborhood was quiet, but keep in mind there may be other renters in the guest house behind the main house (so do not be alarmed if you hear the gate open and shut or if people walk up the driveway). Kitchen was spacious with nice appliances, but keep in mind you will need to bring all of your own ingredients for cooking if you choose to do so. Having a single small bathroom may cause issues with larger groups, especially if you are in a rush in the morning. However, the home is well stocked with towels and an extra blanket for the sleeper sofa and bedrooms.
