**NEW to VRBO but have been on other booking platforms since 2021**
Elevated into the Mountainside, Crow’s Nest looks out onto a spectacular view of the Catskill Mountain range of Belleayre. Grab a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise from the back deck or bask in the glow of the sunset while relaxing in the hot tub or hammock. This is an incredible place to unwind and take in that fresh mountain air or retreat to one of the many hangout spots in this newly renovated home.
Entering Crows Nest you are immediately struck by the open concept and flow of this home. Take a seat by the fire place or plop down into the big leather bean bag chair. The dining room table is perfectly placed to take in the views and watch for hummingbirds as they zip by. Cooking is made easy in this modern designed kitchen and well-stocked with everything you would need.
Retreat to the loft upstairs where you can spin your favorite records or pull out a game or puzzle. It’s in the small details that makes this home feel welcoming from the handmade wallpapers to the multitude of books to flip through. Take a dip in the recessed hot tub while gazing at the stars next to a roaring fire, what else could be better?
Downstairs there is a light filled room adjacent to the bathroom with a full-size bed. Upstairs is the master bedroom off of the loft where you can drift asleep in the queen size bed. Open the windows to let that cool mountain breeze pass through for a quiet and peaceful sleep.
Also did I mention there are over 3 acres to explore with 2 swings that overlook the mountain view along with a hammock located in a shady moss garden amongst wild flowers and pines.
