Just 7 miles from Belleayre Mountain, the chalet is ideal for skiing, hiking weekends, relaxing mountain escapes, and guests attending local weddings and events throughout Fleischmanns, Margaretville, Phoenicia, and Roxbury.

The home features a modern kitchen, two renovated full bathrooms (one with a jacuzzi tub), and comfortable bedrooms designed for rest after a day in the mountains. Both the primary and second bedrooms open directly onto the deck through sliding glass doors, and all three bedrooms include electric fireplaces for extra warmth and comfort during cooler months.

Outside, enjoy the large deck with mountain views, a 6-person hot tub, and a spacious fire pit area — perfect for evenings under the stars. Inside, the living room features a wood-burning fireplace, creating a cozy place to unwind after skiing, hiking nearby trails, enjoying fall foliage, or exploring the Catskills.

We had the most relaxing stay at rays vacation home. Ray answered all of questions very quickly and made sure everything was ok and we had what we needed. 3 beautiful bedrooms a beautiful kitchen and very comfortable living room.
