Easy check-in and a great stay! The view from the roof deck was spectacular, esp at sunrise/sunset. The host was accommodating and available! The drive to Zion and other nearby parks was reasonable and beautiful. We recommend the Smithsonian Butte to anyone with the appropriate vehicle!

Wow! We were so impressed with this property. Our family of 4 was comfortable, cozy and relaxed. Matt was on property nearby and super responsive. There was wood in the fire pit every night and kindling underneath so it was ready to light. He opened the pool as needed and was very kind. The property was extremely clean! I’m very picky and it was pristine. There was space to move around the kitchen and bathroom. Shower was roomy. We had every supply we needed from matches to can openers, beach towels to toothpicks and shampoo & conditioner to tin foil. There was a plug in fan, plenty of space under the counter to store food, a first aid kit, prep bowls/utensils, blow dryer, cooking oil and basic seasonings. Lots of natural light, temperature controlled and lots of windows. One note: If you have anyone in your party that has mobility issues due to disability, weight, injuries or age- they will have a difficult time getting in or out of either bed and the steps around and in the home are high. I This isn’t the place for you. I also wouldn’t do toddlers. But everyone else- it was wonderful. Would be totally comfortable with babies in arm. One other note- the hot tub is really nice and big and the cleanest public one I have ever been in (and I’ve been in a lot!). My kids loved the pool. The observation deck was fun and the view was great. Highly recommend and will be back!

Such a cute home! Well appointed, so clean, we enjoyed the fire pit and chess set. The hot tub is community not private and there is a pool too. It is close to the highway. Thank you! We’ll be back!
