Fantastic home within easy walking distance from many restaurants and points of interest. Check in was easy and smooth. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need plus some. Our only complaint would be the beds…which were all worn out, too soft and all need to be replaced in our humble opinion.

Awesome house with a great view! Large living area for people to spread out and the “private” bedroom downstairs is perfect for getting away. The centerpiece bathtub in the master suite is a nice unique fixture you don’t see very often. Easy parking and the fenced in yard were nice as well. This one will stay on my list for larger group stays in Anchorage.

Thank you for such a wonderful review! We're so glad you enjoyed the view, the spacious living area, and the private downstairs bedroom for some extra quiet time. The centerpiece bathtub in the master suite really is a fun, unique touch, and it's great to hear the fenced yard and easy parking worked well for your group. It means a lot to know this place earned a spot on your list for future Anchorage stays, and we're thrilled it was such a great fit for a larger group.

Stellar Location

House is located within walking distance of downtown and the coastal trail. Safe neighborhood with easy parking. The beds are comfortable, with one bed even having an adjustable mattress for comfort. The living room furniture is worn, but still usable. Kitchen is nice and has a large refrigerator and gas range. Large dining table. Nice views of the water. Would stay again.
