Located on a first-tier lot with an adjoining boardwalk to the beach easement in the exclusive St. George Plantation, Thai Sabai will not disappoint!

This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home is perfect for one or two couples, or a small family looking for a cozy place to escape. Remote-working vacationers will also enjoy a dedicated space and desk with an inspiring view of the Gulf while staying connected with high-speed fiber optic internet.

Guests have access to the many amenities in this private gated community featuring 24-hour security, a fitness center at the clubhouse, two community swimming pools, three tennis courts, including two pickle ball courts, over ten miles of paved dedicated bike and walking paths, as well as a 3,200 ft. long paved privately-owned/public use airport landing strip.

This privately-owned and owner-managed home will be offered for a limited period each year, with deep discounts for fall and winter monthly rentals.

Weekly summer rates are offered, as well as five-night minimum stays, with weekday check-ins encouraged to allow guests to spend the entire weekend enjoying the island entertainment.

Designed and built by the current owners who spent many years in Thailand and India, this home is furnished in a unique and contemporary Asian style. Handmade teak furniture, oriental carpets on hardwood floors, and Asian accents throughout give this beach home an elegant and exotic vibe on Florida s forgotten coast. "Thai Sabai", loosely translated, means 'true freedom and perfect well-being.’

The top floor (3rd level) features vaulted ceilings with open living, dining, kitchen, office, and sitting areas flowing onto decks with outdoor dining, charcoal grilling, and lounging space.

A downdraft stove on the granite bar facing the gulf ensures the appointed chef will experience the best views in the house while preparing meals for family and friends in a well-equipped kitchen.

This spacious home offers the option of casual seating for six at the bar or more formal/holiday dining for eight in the separate dining area.

Other amenities include 2 large smart TVs (one on the top floor, one in master bedroom), high-speed fiber optic internet, an electric piano, electric fireplace, and a telescope. A collection of DVDs, books, games, and puzzles encourage the right balance of unplugged relaxation along with the ability to keep in touch with your business or family back home.

The lower floor (2nd level) features 3 bedrooms including one master suite with a queen-size bed, access to the outside deck, and an elegant en-suite white marble bathroom with jetted tub and large walk-in shower.

The other two guest bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed with gulf views and deck access; and one with a full-size bed and wall-mounted Roku TV, share an updated Jack and Jill bathroom.

The spacious bedroom level decks offer a covered porch swing, hammock, sitting areas, and sundecks with lounge chairs and cushions. Enjoy sun or shade and a gentle breeze with the soothing sound of the Gulf as pelicans and dolphins pass by regularly!

Ground level amenities of this premier first-tier home include parking on concrete underneath the home, an enclosed hot & cold-water shower, and multiple faucets for sand and salt control. Located adjacent to the bike path and beach easement, there is also a connecting boardwalk from the house to the beach.
