PLANTATION HOME - Gulf views and Private Pool

Located in the exclusive St. George Island Plantation, a private gated community, and only 1.5 blocks from the beach (less than a 5 minute walk), "Lefty's Jewel" has beautiful gulf views, and sits secluded with a private pool.

Three bedrooms, each with its own private bath, provide comfortable sleeping for 6 (2 queens, 2 twins). Each bedroom has a TV with a Roku and balcony access. All bathrooms were just renovated in 2023. The master bath suite has a luxurious double walk-in shower for two.

The exterior boasts a private pool, complete with a tanning shelf (aka kiddie pool).

The expanded main deck provides additional living space. The outdoor shower allows for convenient rinsing after a sandy trip to the beach.

Strictly a NON-SMOKING PROPERTY - inside and outside of the home.

The Plantation, a private, gated community at the west end of the island offers 24/7 security. The Plantation has a clubhouse, 2 community pools, a fitness center, pickle ball courts and 3 tennis courts for your enjoyment. There are also over 5 miles of paved bike/walking trails.

SUMMER RENTALS - please note that we do not typically offer Saturday arrivals or departures during the summer.

OCCUPANCY - Strict 6 person max capacity.

*Peak seasons and holidays may have a minimum night stay requirement.

NOTE - Our home employs a Nest doorbell for security.

Spring Break 2024 St. George Island FL.

Danielle is a great host, property description was accurate and the home is very clean, very important detail for my family. The property is less than a five minute walk to the beach in a well maintained gated community, We really had no need to contact Danielle during our stay with the exception of adding an additional night that was accommodated within 45 minutes. Great location for a relaxing vacation.

Spring Break 2024

We made a last minute decision to hit the beach for spring break for a few days. The house exceeded expectations for our family with incredible views of the sunrise over the water, super close beach access, and the private pool. Lots of outdoor spaces to soak it all in, read a book, enjoy happy hour, and gaze at the stars. The house was well appointed with everything we needed including pool towels and beach chairs, games and puzzles for the kids, along with a well stocked kitchen for meals in. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Really nice set up

Nice, very well-stocked house in an excellent location. We enjoyed our stay very much. We liked the house itself: good bedrooms, lots of decks and an unusually well stocked kitchen for a rental. Two things that really stood out were the excellent beach access (it's so close that we've stayed at "oceanfront" places behind large dunes that were actually longer walks to the beach) and the beach chairs and other gear that were provided. Highly recommend.
