The home comfortably sleeps six guests across three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, Roku-equipped TV, and balcony access. The layout includes a California King primary suite, a Queen guest room, and a Queen + Kids’ Bunk room — perfect for families traveling with children. All bathrooms were recently renovated, and new carpet was installed throughout the home in April 2025. The spacious primary bath features a luxurious double walk-in shower for two.

The main living area offers gulf views, ample seating, and an inviting space for gathering. The fully renovated kitchen is equipped with crisp white cabinetry, stone countertops, and four barstools for casual dining. Adjacent, the dining area comfortably seats six.

Outside, guests can unwind in the large backyard featuring a private pool with tanning shelf (also perfect as a kiddie pool). A deluxe PK charcoal smoker grill is available for those who love to cook outdoors, and the hot water outdoor shower makes rinsing off after the beach a breeze.

Strictly a NON-SMOKING PROPERTY - inside and outside of the home.

The Plantation, a private, gated community at the west end of the island offers 24/7 security. The Plantation has a clubhouse, 2 community pools, a fitness center, pickle ball courts and 3 tennis courts for your enjoyment. There are also over 5 miles of paved bike/walking trails.

NOTE - Our home employs a Nest doorbell for security.

'Host Fee' on price details includes a $100 Plantation Community fee and a $250 Cleaning Fee. These fees are flat and fixed, regardless of the length of stay. The community fee is required by St. George Plantation for all rental guests. It includes use of all Plantation amenities (e.g. Pickleball, Tennis, Fitness Center, Community Pools).
